Your Tasks
- You take on responsibility for the operational and strategic management of a green manufacturer of detergents and cleaning products.
- In this role, you steer the company's economic development and are responsible for results, budgets and key performance indicators.
- You lead and develop your employees in marketing, sales and administration and foster an appreciative, performance-oriented corporate culture.
- You maintain existing customer relationships and sustainably expand the company's network.
- You actively help shape investment decisions and sustainable future topics. Your creative input in developing and implementing sales plans to increase demand is important.
- You further expand the digital marketing mix, particularly in multichannel/social media, content management and marketing automation, and continue to develop offline marketing channels.
- You further develop the corporate design of the Sodasan and KLUUK brands.
Your Profile
- Leadership experience in a senior position with full responsibility for personnel and results, preferably in FMCG, drugstore retail, organic specialist retail and food retail.
- Experience in brand management and CI development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, communication sciences or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on sales and marketing/e-commerce.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, a drive to shape things and the motivation to take responsibility for a sustainability-oriented company.
- Customer focus, brand management skills, a flair for sales and enjoyment in building long-term business relationships.
- Very good English skills and willingness to relocate to the East Frisia region.

Your Profile
